International Turnkey Project Management
In accordance with the customer’s wishes and company goals, project plans for the new product are drawn up together with the project team and project activities and performances are tracked. Molds/ sheet metal parts are shipped to internal and/or external customers according to the project plan, all customer requirements are met throughout the project, on-site delivery is provided and follow-up visits are made during the warranty period.
